Nottingham Student Lettings has the necessary understanding to organise first class student housing in Nottingham, and as a family run company have the back up to be able to deal with any eventuality which might arise.
With well over thirty years experience of letting accommodation to students in Nottingham, and in that time we have gained a good understanding of what today's discerning students want from their accommodation whilst they are studying at University.
Our student tenants are secure in the knowledge that as landlords, we are fully able to handle any problem they have, as we, too, are based in Nottingham.

The properties we let are all in the Lenton and Radford areas of Nottingham, which are handy to cover both of the Universities for Nottingham’s students.
All lettings have Energy Performance Certificates, are licensed for Houses of Multiple Occupancy, gas and/or electricity certification, full building insurance and are alarmed.
Every student tenant’s deposit is lodged with a Government Scheme and the tenant receives a certificate as proof. Upon entering into a lease the tenant and our agent make a full inventory, which is signed by all parties. We carry out quarterly inspections along with the tenant or their representative.
We also offer accompanied viewings or, if more convenient, we can arrange an appointment to view the property with the incumbent tenants. Our hours of availability are from 9.00am until 8.00pm.
Our properties have been fully renovated, are furnished and decorated to the highest of standards, allowing our tenants home-from-home contemporary living, with, as standard, we provide washing machines and generous refrigerator and freezer space. Most of our properties have separate tumble dryers, or combined washer-dryers. In addition, all of our premises are internet-ready with both broadband and telephone sockets in all living areas.
We have the distinction of being well regarded as local student property providers, and work very closely with Nottingham University, Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham City Council, which shows that every property complies with the most up-to-date safety regulations.
Because we manage our own properties there are no agency fees payable by our renters.
Most of our properties are within easy walking distance of Nottingham city centre, both University City Campuses, and there are excellent bus services should our tenants wish to travel further afield.
We understand that one of the most important things to our tenants is that if anything should need repairing or go wrong, then we will be there quickly and capably with as little disturbance as is possible. Our repairs team are perfectly able to deal with the majority of problems without any fuss and we provide out of hours contact numbers for the rare emergency.
